why this exists
I built this because the support I needed didn't exist.
When the board was asking questions I couldn't answer cleanly. When I didn't know if the problem was me or the market. When the raise wasn't closing and I had no one to call who'd actually been there, with no agenda and no reason to tell me what I wanted to hear.
I've spent 15 years on both sides of this, scaling B2B SaaS to $50M ARR, helping teams raise $396M and hit unicorn status. And then living the dark side. Board pressure. Firing. Identity collapse. Rebuilding from scratch.
